Nicole Nelson MSH, LMT, ACSM C-EP is the owner of Full Nelson massage. She received her massage therapy training at Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Therapy in Jacksonville, FL in 2005. In 2014, Nicole received a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Chronic Disease from the University of North Florida (UNF). Upon completing her MSH, Nicole began teaching in the Undergraduate Exercise Science program at UNF and received the adjunct instructor of the year in 2018.
In addition to her teaching background, Nicole has been a prolific writer and researcher. She has been published in several peer-reviewed journals and has contributed articles to professional publications, including ACSM-certified news, IDEA fitness journal, and Massage Today. These days, Nicole has returned to her practitioner roots and is working with private clients in Ponte Vedra Beach, Fl.
In her off time, Nicole enjoys hiking, playing pickleball and golf, and spending time with her fur baby, Persi.
